Updated Data of Electors in Electoral Divisions

3 Mr Gan Thiam Poh asked the Prime Minister and Minister for Finance what is the overall increase or decrease in the number of electors (i) in each electoral division and (ii) in the electoral divisions with the largest and smallest number of electors respectively, based on the latest revised register of electors as of 1 June 2024.

Mr Chan Chun Sing (for the Prime Minister): Based on the latest revised Registers of Electors, as of 1 June 2024, there are 2,713,051 electors. This is an increase of 3,644 electors from the number of electors at the Presidential Election 2023. The largest electoral division is Ang Mo Kio Group Representation Constituency (GRC), which had a decrease of 1,076 electors. The smallest electoral division is Yuhua Single Member Constituency (SMC), which had a decrease of 468 electors.

The difference in the number of electors for each GRC and SMC is shown in the table below.
