Statistics on Enhanced Care and Protection Orders Issued by Youth Court

28 Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Social and Family Development for each year in the past five years, how many Enhanced Care and Protection Orders have been applied for and ordered by the Youth Court respectively.

Mr Masagos Zulkifli B M M: Since the Enhanced Care and Protection Orders (ECPOs) came into effect in July 2020, an annual average of about 27 ECPOs have been applied for; and about 26 ECPOs were ordered by the Youth Court.
