Singapore's Plastic Waste for Recycling

2 Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources what are the countries that Singapore's plastic waste that are meant for recycling exported to in 2017, 2018 and this year respectively.

Mr Masagos Zulkifli B M M: Across all three years, plastics collected for recycling that were not processed in our local plastic recycling facilities were sorted and exported to countries in Southeast Asia and the wider Asian region, such as China, India, Pakistan, Australia and South Korea.
