39 Mr Gan Thiam Poh asked the Minister for Transport whether the Ministry will review the present COE growth rate per year.

Mr Khaw Boon Wan: The allowable Vehicle Growth Rate is currently 0.25% per year, effective until January 2018. We will review this again in 2017 with a view to reducing it to zero eventually.
