104 Ms Joan Pereira asked the Prime Minister regarding fraudulent credit card payments made by hackers (a) what protection do bank customers have against sophisticated attacks on bank systems which hijack messages or passwords, or misrepresent the banks; (b) what are the measures that can be taken by customers to protect their own credentials, and (c) how can customers know which online services and purchase platforms are considered trustworthy by banks.
