12 Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Home Affairs whether he can provide an update on the Ministry’s review on the proposal of civil society, lawyers and law professors to include illegal wildlife trade offences under the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 2006 and the Wildlife Act 1965 as serious offences under the Schedule of the Organised Crime Act 2015.
