Proposal for Subsidies to Help Delivery Riders Afford Motorcycles in View of Recent Increases in COE Prices

57 Ms Joan Pereira asked the Minister for Transport in view of the recent high COE prices for motorcycles, whether the Ministry will consider providing subsidies to help delivery riders better afford the purchase of motorcycles.
