Platforms and Incentives to Promote Road Safety and Responsible Road Use

14 Miss Cheryl Chan Wei Ling asked the Minister for Home Affairs (a) how can Singapore develop a culture of responsible road users across different age groups; and (b) how can the Ministry create platforms or incentivise road users to actively practise safety rules and etiquettes.
