Percentage of New Admissions to Children and Young Persons Homes Living in Public Rental Flats

11 Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Social and Family Development (a) in each of the past five years, what percentage of new admissions to Children and Young Persons Homes are children who live in public rental flats; and (b) whether the Ministry will collect this data if such data is unavailable.
