K2 Enrollment in Full-day Childcare

3 Dr Lim Wee Kiak asked the Minister for Social and Family Development how many children are currently enrolled in full-day childcare at the K2 level.

Mr Tan Chuan-Jin: Today, more than 90% of Singaporean children aged five to six years old are enrolled in a preschool. About 15,000 Singaporean children, or 45% of the cohort, were enrolled in a full-day preschool programme at K2 level in 2016.
