Household Ownership of Cars from Allocation of COEs

10 Ms Hazel Poa asked the Minister for Transport for each year in the past 10 years, how many COEs were allocated to car owners who belong to households that after such allocations would have (i) one car, (ii) two cars and (ii) three cars or more respectively.
