Ensuring Safety and Well-being of Children in Early Childhood Space

16 Mr Don Wee asked the Minister for Social and Family Development in the absence of mandatory closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera installations in infant and childcare centres, kindergartens and school buses, what are the independent inspections and checks as well as enforcement measures in place to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable infants, toddlers and young children.
