Uptake of CPF Investment Scheme and Proportion of Members Outperforming the OA Interest Rate in Past 10 Years

58 Mr Chua Kheng Wee Louis asked the Minister for Manpower in each year over the last 10 years (a) what is the number and proportion of CPF members who have invested under the CPF Investment Scheme and (b) of those who have invested their CPF-OA savings, the number and proportion of members who have outperformed the 2.5% interest rate (i) each year and (ii) cumulatively across 10 years.
