Update on CAD's Investigation of Chairman and Management of Swiber Holdings and Related Companies

38 Mr Dennis Tan Lip Fong asked the Minister for Home Affairs (a) whether the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) has now completed its investigation of the chairman and management of Swiber Holdings and its related companies; (b) if so, whether CAD will proceed with any charges for any offences; and (c) if not, when is the investigation expected to complete.

Mr K Shanmugam: Police investigations into Swiber Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries are still ongoing. It is inappropriate for me to comment further.
