Training Programmes Teachers Undergo to Teach High-ability Learners in Primary School and Their Effectiveness

22 Mr Mohd Fahmi Bin Aliman asked the Minister for Education (a) whether the Ministry can provide more details on the specific training programmes that teachers undergo to teach high-ability learners in primary schools, including the duration and content of such training; (b) how will the Ministry ensure that these trained teachers are effectively identifying and nurturing high-ability learners across diverse educational contexts; and (c) what metrics or tools are used to assess the effectiveness of the teaching strategies employed by these teachers.
