Training Civil Servants on How to Identify, Refuse and Report Inappropriate Requests from Political Office Holders

50 Mr Gerald Giam Yean Song asked the Prime Minister (a) whether civil servants receive training on how to identify, refuse and report inappropriate requests from political office holders; and (b) what protections against retaliation does the Public Service whistle-blowing policies provide to civil servants who report inappropriate requests from political office holders.
