Rise in Motorcycle COEs and Help for Those Who Use Motorcycles for Work

14 Assoc Prof Jamus Jerome Lim asked the Minister for Transport (a) whether the recent rise in motorcycle COEs is viewed more as a transitory or permanent phenomenon; and (b) what mitigation mechanisms is the Ministry considering for each of these instances, to assist those who utilise motorcycles primarily for the purposes of work.
