Publication of Eligibility Criteria for IHL-specific Financial Aid Schemes

18 Ms He Ting Ru asked the Minister for Education whether the Ministry will consider requiring all Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to publish the eligibility criteria for all IHL-specific financial aid schemes.

Mr Chan Chun Sing: Most Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) already publish the general eligibility criteria for IHL-specific financial aid schemes. The Ministry of Education has recently advised all IHLs to do so.
