51 Miss Cheryl Chan Wei Ling asked the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment since the launch of the Singapore Food Story R&D Programme in 2019 (a) what are some of the tangible outcomes from the research and development projects funded thus far; and (b) amongst the funded projects, which aspects of nutritional needs are likely to be better fulfilled for our food security with further research and development.

Ms Grace Fu Hai Yien: The first grant call for the Singapore Food Story Research & Development (R&D) Programme was awarded in 2021. The approved projects are being implemented and will take a few years for measurable outcomes.
