Progress on Development of Proposed Polyclinic at Junction of Serangoon Central and Upper Serangoon Road

122 Mr Seah Kian Peng asked the Minister for Health (a) whether he can provide an update on the development of the proposed polyclinic at the junction of Serangoon Central and Upper Serangoon Road; and (b) whether there will be any changes to the projected completion date.

Mr Ong Ye Kung: Serangoon Polyclinic was first announced during the 2019 Committee of Supply debate. The development site is currently undergoing demolition works and construction works are expected to commence next year. The Polyclinic is on track to open by 2025, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
