Profile of Individuals who Choose Not to Receive COVID-19 Vaccination

35 Dr Lim Wee Kiak asked the Minister for Health (a) what is the demographic of the group that chooses not to receive any vaccinations against COVID-19; and (b) what can be done to encourage them to be vaccinated.
