Percentage of Successful COE Bids in Past Three Years

26 Mr Gan Thiam Poh asked the Minister for Transport (a) what is the percentage of successful bids for each of the five categories of Certificates of Entitlement by (i) Singapore Citizens, (ii) Permanent Residents and (iii) foreigners at each open bidding exercise in the past three years; and (b) how many of such bids are registered for cars with an open market value of S$40,000 and above.
