62 Mr Murali Pillai asked the Minister for Transport whether measures can be introduced to deal with personal mobility devices and vehicle users who blare loud music or sounds thereby causing annoyance whilst travelling in or along public areas, pathways and roads.


Mr Khaw Boon Wan: LTA encourages all users of personal mobility devices and vehicle drivers to be considerate and gracious to others. As individuals, we should also be prepared to advise and nudge one another against ungracious behaviours.
