Healthcare Workers Receiving COVID-19 Resilience Medal

35 Mr Leong Mun Wai asked the Minister for Health (a) whether all doctors, nurses and other frontliners, especially those who served in the pandemic wards, received the COVID-19 Resilience Medal; and (b) if not, how many did not receive the COVID-19 Resilience Medal and for what reasons.
