Future Uses of Interim Bus Park at Corner of Boon Lay Place and Boon Lay Drive

24 Mr Leong Mun Wai asked the Minister for National Development (a) what future uses are being considered for the interim bus park located at the corner of Boon Lay Place and Boon Lay Drive; and (b) whether the users of the interim bus park will be consulted and provided with alternative parking options.

Mr Desmond Lee: Agencies are studying plans to rejuvenate Boon Lay Neighbourhood Centre, which includes the interim bus park, to ensure that it continues to provide for the needs of current and future residents and remains an attractive place for the community. As part of these studies, agencies have commenced engagements with the operator of the interim bus park. More details will be shared when ready.
