Feedback on Loud Noises from Use of Mobile Devices on Public Transport

28 Mr Gan Thiam Poh asked the Minister for Transport (a) for the past five years, how many cases of feedback has the Ministry received from public transport commuters on loud conversations carried out by fellow commuters using voice recording messaging or from playing loud videos on handphones on buses or trains; and (b) what measures have been taken to address this issue.
