14 Mr Zhulkarnain Abdul Rahim asked the Minister for Education whether there are programmes or plans to work with agencies or other partners to equip parents of younger children to identify signs and dangers of cyberbullying in younger children and to prepare parents to take the appropriate measures to prepare their children to be resilient to handle any instances of cyberbullying.
