Ensuring Resiliency of Public Transport Services Given Recent COVID-19 Clusters at Public Transport Nodes

51 Mr Desmond Choo asked the Minister for Transport in view of the recent spate of COVID-19 clusters involving public transport nodes, what measures can the Ministry take to (i) ensure the resiliency of public transport services to loss of manpower from COVID-19 infections and quarantines and (ii) assure commuters that our public transport system is appropriately maintained for hygiene, especially after discovery of COVID-19 cases.
