78 Dr Wan Rizal asked the Minister for Education in light of the recent changes to the Gifted Education Programme (GEP) which aim to include more students, how does the Ministry plan to (i) address any potential disparity in resource allocation and learning opportunities between students in the GEP and those in the mainstream programme and (ii) ensure equitable access to quality education for all students.
