75 Ms Eileen Chong Pei Shan asked the Minister for Manpower (a) how many employers who reject Flexible Work Arrangement requests without adequate justification have been issued warnings and or made to attend mandatory workshops since December 2024; and (b) whether the Ministry will consider stronger enforcement measures to ensure meaningful employer consideration of such requests.

Employers who face challenges implementing the Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement Requests, or employees who feel that their flexible work arrangement requests are not properly considered, may approach the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices for assistance.
