Employers Issued Warnings or Made to Attend Mandatory Workshops due to Rejection of FWA Request without Adequate Justification

75 Ms Eileen Chong Pei Shan asked the Minister for Manpower (a) how many employers who reject Flexible Work Arrangement requests without adequate justification have been issued warnings and or made to attend mandatory workshops since December 2024; and (b) whether the Ministry will consider stronger enforcement measures to ensure meaningful employer consideration of such requests.
