Development Plans for Open Land between Tampines Expressway and Fernvale Street

55 Mr Gan Thiam Poh asked the Minister for National Development (a) whether Ministry intends to develop the open land between Tampines Expressway and Fernvale Street; and (b) if so, what is the plan and when will the plan be carried out.

Mr Desmond Lee: The plot of land between Tampines Expressway and Fernvale street contains sites with a mixture of zones, including Residential, 'Civic & Community Institution', 'Place of Worship', 'Park' and 'Road' use. Government agencies are currently working on future plans for the site, and will share more information with the public when ready.
