Data on Volume, Processing Time and Approval Amounts of Court Applications for Withdrawals from Frozen Accounts Connected to Scam Investigations

12 Ms Lee Hui Ying asked the Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs regarding applications submitted over the past five years to the Courts for withdrawal of funds for daily living expenses from bank accounts frozen in connection with scam investigations (i) how many applications were received (ii) what is the average time taken for such funds to be released and (iii) what is the typical amount approved for withdrawal in these cases.
