Criteria Used in Determining Good Class Bungalows Should Occupy Only Up to 40% of Size of Land Plots

10 Mr Leong Mun Wai asked the Minister for National Development (a) how does the Urban Redevelopment Authority determine that Good Class Bungalows should only occupy up to 40% of the size of their land plots; and (b) whether this proportion will be reviewed in future, in view of competing land use needs.
