Construction of Pick-up and Drop-off Point Near Bukit Batok MRT Station

9 Mr Murali Pillai asked the Minister for Transport whether a pick-up and drop-off point with a sheltered walkway may be constructed near Bukit Batok MRT station with a view to improve access to and from the station.

Mr S Iswaran: A new pick-up and drop-off point along Bukit Batok Central, with a sheltered walkway linking it to the nearby Bukit Batok MRT station, has been included in Land Transport Authority’s Commuter Infrastructure Enhancement Programme. Construction works are expected to commence next year.
