Appropriateness of People's Association Making Donations to Charities

60 Mr Leong Mun Wai asked the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth whether the People’s Association makes donations to charities and, if so, whether it is appropriate to make such donations.

Mr Edwin Tong Chun Fai: People’s Association does not make donations to charities using government funding. However, PA works with corporate and community partners to raise funds for community and charitable causes which are aligned with our objectives.
