3 Mr Dennis Tan Lip Fong asked the Minister for Transport what has been the total cumulative number of applicants for the off-peak bus/MRT travel pass thus far.

Mr Khaw Boon Wan: Since the launch of the off-peak pass in July 2015, about 21,000 commuters have purchased the off-peak passes.
