Addressing Low Attendance Rate Among ComLink+ Children in Anchor Operator Preschools and Intervention Measures

34 Ms Elysa Chen asked the Minister for Social and Family Development given that only 26% of the ComLink+ children enrolled in anchor operator preschools achieve regular attendance of 75% or above (a) what are the primary barriers to attendance; and (b) what interventions are being planned or implemented.
