Accuracy of Guidelines in Section 2.4 of Candidate Handbook for GE2020

4 Mr Gerald Giam Yean Song asked the Prime Minister whether the guidelines in section 2.4 of the Candidate Handbook for General Election 2020 published by the Elections Department concerning activities from the Writ of Election to Nomination Day are legally accurate.

Mr Chan Chun Sing (for the Prime Minister): The guidelines in section 2.4 of the Candidate Handbook for General Election (GE) 2020, concerning activities from the Writ of Election to Nomination Day, are legally correct in respect of GE2020.
