Clarification by Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs

The Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs (Mr K Shanmugam): Mr Speaker, Sir, I would like to make a clarification in relation to a written answer that my Ministry made on 26 September last year. That was in response to a Parliamentary Question filed by Mr Saktiandi Supaat on the SGSecure movement.

The answer cites the SGSecure Public Perception Survey of 2024 as having found that 77% of respondents said they were alert enough to look out for a suspicious behaviour or items. The correct figure ought to be 74%. Thank you, Sir.
