18 Mr Gerald Giam Yean Song asked the Minister for Health (a) how many travellers, including Singapore residents and children aged 6 and below, have entered Singapore since 1 July 2020 without a pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to their departure for Singapore; (b) how many eventually tested COVID-19 positive upon arrival in Singapore; and (c) how does the Government manage the risk of incoming arrivals aged 6 and below transmitting the virus locally since they are not tested.
