Timeline for Relaxation of 15-month Wait-out Period Rule for Private Property Downgraders

40 Mr Liang Eng Hwa asked the Minister for National Development (a) whether the Ministry can provide an update on the timeline for the relaxation of the 15-month wait-out period for private property downgraders; and (b) whether the Ministry will also consider shortening the wait-out period as an interim measure.
