96 Ms Mariam Jaafar asked the Minister for Health (a) whether the Ministry has any target to bring down the smoking rate in Singapore in the (i) mid term of three years and (ii) long term of five and 10 years; and (b) if so, what are the steps being taken to achieve this reduction.
