Successful Employment Rates of IMH's Job Club and Employment Outcomes

7 Ms He Ting Ru asked the Coordinating Minister for Social Policies and Minister for Health (a) how many successful job placements have been made each year since the inception of the Institute of Mental Health (IMH)'s Job Club; and (b) of the successful placements made, what is the percentage of IMH patients who (i) cleared probation and (ii) are still on the job after three years, respectively.

Mr Ong Ye Kung: Between 2012 to 2024, the Institute of Mental Health's (IMH's) Job Club has emplaced 1,722 IMH patients in various jobs, which is an average of 132 per year. Of these 1,722 patients, 46 remained employed in the same job for at least three years, while others may have maintained employment with various employers during the same period.
