Students Suspended or Expelled from Educational Institutions for Vaping

89 Ms Valerie Lee asked the Minister for Education (a) in the past three months, how many students are suspended or expelled from educational institutions due to vaping; (b) what is the Ministry's assessment on the effectiveness of such suspensions or expulsions; and (c) what other long-term measures are educational institutions equipped with to deal with student vaping.
