Strengthening Role of Singapore Exchange in Helping SMEs Gain Access to Overseas Capital Markets

5 Mr Desmond Choo asked the Prime Minister (a) with easier and increased access to overseas capital markets, how does the Singapore Exchange strengthen its competitiveness; and (b) what is the longer-term role of the Singapore Exchange in helping SMEs gain access to overseas capital markets.
