103 Mr Ng Chee Meng asked the Acting Minister for Transport from 2023 to 2025, what is the number of personal mobility aids (PMA), personal mobility devices (PMD) or power-assisted bicycles (PAB) related incidents on (i) pedestrian walkways (ii) shared pathways and (iii) the roads that caused grievous injuries.
Mr Jeffrey Siow: There were around 710 reported accidents involving personal mobility aids, personal mobility devices or power-assisted bicycles that resulted in injuries from 2023 to Q3 2025. Approximately 590 were on the roads. About 120 were off-road, inclusive of public paths.
