Standardised Framework for Schools to Ensure Consistent Implementation of Expanded Digital Device Restrictions during School Hours

40 Ms Elysa Chen asked the Minister for Education in view of the expansion of smartphone and smartwatch restrictions to cover all school hours including recess and co-curricular activities from January 2026, what specific enforcement mechanisms, guidelines or standardised disciplinary framework have been provided to schools to ensure consistent implementation.
