29 Mr Alex Yam asked the Minister for Defence (a) whether the recent Shangri-La Dialogue has achieved its objectives; (b) how will the geopolitical tensions that remain between the United States and China affect Singapore; and (c) whether the forum continues to remain useful and relevant for participating countries.
