46 Dr Choo Pei Ling asked the Minister for National Development in view of the increasing number of HDB blocks above 40 storeys and Singapore's rapidly ageing population, how are fire safety and enforcement measures recalibrated to enable the elderly, especially those with mobility problems, to access and navigate escape routes, such as exit staircases.
