Reasons for Non-disclosure of Identities of Five Content Creators Issued Advisory Letters for Providing Non-licensed Financial Advice

95 Mr Chua Kheng Wee Louis asked the Prime Minister and Minister for Finance with regard to the five content creators who were issued advisory letters by MAS for providing financial advice without a licence (a) what were the considerations for not disclosing their identities and respective content of the advice; and (b) whether clear examples of such content which may not have complied with MAS guidelines can be published for greater clarity.
